Golgi's Apparatus

21st April, 2007. 1:32 pm. What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been

Just under four years later, I find myself in KY. Nothing against LiveJournal, but I'd found blogger much easier to deal with.

*sigh*

Yeah, I know: "you lazy tart!" But I'm used to the abuse.

As much as I hate to cross-post, most of my good rantz are still on blogger

and really cheap-ass digital pics of my antics are available here.

I'd really LOVE a higher def picture of that Mass. ANARCH plate...

Since retiring to KY, I did the REALLY libertarian thing and disconnected from politics... you know, the art/science of telling other people what they should do while you do something different? From here on-in I'm just gonna be my usual wise-ass self... anarchist, apolitical, and not really caring while I buy more guns and ammo for the coming show-down...

With those targets at the local gun-range. I'm so luvvin' our local gun range with my circa '33 Molsin-Nagant... Just need to find a sand-pit now!

AR-15 is my next purchase... yeah, I'm not so much into handguns... My GF has one, so she has us covered...

TODAY'S CHICKEN-LITTLE ALERT LEVEL IS: ORANGE

Hello and welcome!

I'm unemployed for a day, so I decided to go with the flow of change and start blogging.

In other news...

It looks like Shrub is blessing the 'ol Pueblo with his presence on August 11th! *applause*

We'll be sure to roll out the red carpet for the 'ol deserter-in-chief, and multiple ideas are rocketing through the listservs like small-arms and RPG fire.

Of course, Tucson is only being bestowed this honor because we happen to host Davis-Monthan AFB...

which should be closed, especially before the A-10's louder replacement is commissioned

so be sure to be on the watch for (literally) thousands of Bush supporters, mostly in uniform...

remind us of someone else who addressed large gatherings of military personell complete with waving flags and calls for blind allegiance??

Since when is a mine explosion an "attack"? More brain-benders from the department of propaganda:

RAMADI, Iraq (Reuters) - The U.S. military commander of Iraq's biggest province said Thursday American troops were virtually powerless to stop escalating booby-trap and bomb attacks on their convoys. Source

call me a nit-pick, but since when is a mine, booby-trap, or other passive device classified as an "attack"? If we are now defining aggressive action as anything which may harm our brave and courageous men and women in uniform, may I suggest we stop "attacking" them with radiation-laden dust and boisterous calls to "Bring 'em on."?

didn't think so...

How 'bout 'ol Poindexter? As shocking as it may be, the chief architect of debacles on the order of Iran-Contra was heading the DARPA / TIA / OIA trifecta.

Yeah, putting DARPA in charge of predicting terrorism is a bit like putting the Fed in charge of monetary policy. :|

It's nice to see 'ol 'dexter flushed out from under the rug. Creepy-crawlies like him never really go away, but when exposed to light they scurry like hell for the nearest dark crack in the wall.

I'm glad someone is keeping tabs on these losers!

Current mood: indescribable.
Current music: Ben Folds Five - For those y'all who wear fanny packs....
